Donation Policy

Lauryn’s Promise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based nonprofit organization committed to using every donation with integrity and transparency to further our mission of hope, healing, and purpose through Christ-centered service.

By donating through our website or affiliated fundraising channels, you agree to the terms outlined in this Donation Policy.

1. Use of Donations

All donations received by Lauryn’s Promise are used to support our programs, services, and outreach as aligned with our mission. This includes, but is not limited to:

Providing resources and assistance to those in spiritual and financial need;
Administering faith-based initiatives
Supporting our grant distribution

We reserve the right to allocate funds to the area of greatest need unless a specific designation is provided by the donor and accepted by us.

2. Donation Receipts

Lauryn’s Promise will provide a receipt for all donations. If you donate online, a digital receipt will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation. For mailed or in-person donations, receipts may be provided by email or mail upon request.

Lauryn’s Promise is a 508(c)(1)(A) nonprofit organization, and contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for individual guidance.

3. Recurring Donations

If you choose to set up a recurring donation, you authorize Lauryn’s Promise to automatically charge the payment method provided on a regular basis (e.g., monthly). You may update or cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at info@laurynspromise.com.

4. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe your donation was made in error, or you need a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us at info@laurynspromise.com within 15 days of the transaction. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect donor information and ensure secure processing through third-party payment processors. However, no data transmission or storage is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
